All balloon decor orders require a 50% retainer at the time of booking your event. The balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event. We accept cash, credit and checks payable to Helium Heaven
All equipment used for decoration is subject to a refundable deposit at the time of booking the event. Customers are responsible for equipment from the time of receipt until the time of return. If items are not returned within 7 days after the event the customer will forfeit the deposit as mentioned in the contract.
